RETURNS POLICY OF SCYRTE
The possibility of returns is valid for a period of 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Only unused items in the same condition as when received are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
To process your return, we require a purchase receipt or proof of your purchase.
In certain cases, only a partial refund is granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, if not due to our error;
- Items not returned within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first, check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Items on sale are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. Please email us at info@scyrtestore.com and send the item to our return address, which will be provided by our support team.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to our return address, which will be provided by our support team.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the replacement item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
